By using the Itemic Index website and API you agree to use the service in good faith: respect documented rate limits, do not attempt to circumvent authentication or anonymisation, do not scrape paid-tier data without an active subscription, and do not represent Index data as your own proprietary dataset.

Paid plans are governed by the subscription agreement signed at checkout. The free tier is offered as-is with no SLA. Itemic may update, throttle, or discontinue any free-tier endpoint with reasonable notice.
